摘　要：互联网以前所未有的速度发展，成为继报纸，广播，电视之后的第四大媒体，并正以其便捷的信息传输形式改变着人们以往的消费观念，利用简单，快捷且低成本的电子通讯方式，买卖双方不谋面就可以进行各种商贸活动，互联网商业的普遍应用已经成为网络经济的大势所向。本文主要介绍了花卉网上销售系统的设计开发的整个过程，本网站采用了模块化设计方法，根据用户的需求及程序的应用与维护的易用性，将系统各个部分置于不同的模块当中。本网站主要功能有:1）客户界面部分：新闻，产品信息，供求信息，会员中心等2）管理界面部分：产品管理，会员管理，广告管理，订单管理，新闻管理，客户入帐管理等。通过本网站可以实现网上销售的全过程。

Abstract: Internet has developed with unprecedented speed.It has become the fourth media after the newspaper.broadcast and TV. It is changing people's former expense idea with it's convient transform pattern. Taking advantage of easy. convenient and low cost electronic communicate pattern,the buyer and seller can go on all kinds of business activities but do not need face to face .The univesal use of electronic commerce has become the trend of internet economy.This article was mainly about the introduction of the whole process of the design and development of the system of flowers and trees sales on line .The websites adopt the design way of mould.According to the need of users,the apply of procedure and easily use of safeguard,putting every part of system into different mould.The main function of the websites is 1)user interface:flowers and trees news,product information,supply and demand information,member center etc 2)management interface:product management,member management,advertisement management,order management,news management,member account management etc.Through the websites you can realize the whole process of sales of flowers and trees on line.

一、序言

互联网发展速度迅猛，电子商务成为了21世纪商务发展道路上的一大热点。随着宽带网络的普及及互联网络应用方式的发展，电子商务正以前所未有的速度对传统商务方式及理论造成冲击，并对以往传统商务方式占主导的领域进行渗透。

电子商务以其低廉的成本,相对方便的应用，以及互联网络所带来的前所未有的宣传效应，正成为商务活动发展的一个至关紧要的平台。

二、可行性分析

2.1技术可行性

2.1.1硬件、软件要求不高,目前市场上的一般计算机软硬件资源都能满足系统开发要求.其中运用软件主要有Dreamweaver MX 2004 ,Photoshop等,数据库采用SQL SERVER 2000.

2.1.2．ASP技术,该技术功能强大,扩张性强,Macromedia公司提供了大量

第三方插件,并结合Vbscript,javascrit以及sql等脚本语言,以上技术完全能胜任开发任务。

2.1.3．工作方便,后台操作快捷明了,操作人员可以在短时间内完全掌握

维护工作。

2.2经济可行性

比起传统的销售模式，网上销售只许一个域名，大约50M左右的支持ASP,sql server 2000的主机空间，就可以搭建网上销售的平台了。

2.3社会可行性

我国B2B、B2C市场的发展现状根据CCID的研究分析资料：2003年12月，我国电子商务网站3804家，比2002年3391家增长12%，能有效运行的1533家，比2001年1326家增长16%；消费类电子商务网站2277家，其中综合类网站285家，专业类网站1992家，能有效运行的737家；B2B网站1527家，其中综合类网站189家，专业类网站1338家，能有效运行的796家；电子商务市场规模,电子商务交易额2003年1809亿元，比2002年1088亿元增长66。2%；B2C交易额2002年为13。15亿元，2003年25亿元,年增长率90%；B2B交易额2002年为1075亿元,2003年1784亿元,年增长率65。9%。
